AMA advises companies on regulatory compliance, corporate governance and the implementation of changes in Omani law. We review and update constitutional documents, internal policies, commercial contracts and governance frameworks to ensure that they remain consistent with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Our work includes assessing the effect of new legislation on existing business arrangements and implementing the changes required across corporate documents, contracts and internal procedures.
For clients operating in regulated sectors, we also advise on licensing conditions, regulatory approvals and ongoing compliance with the requirements of the relevant authority, including sector-specific rules, circulars and directives issued by bodies such as the Central Bank of Oman.
