Employment is a core area of AMA’s practice. We advise and represent major employers in contentious and advisory employment matters, with particular experience in collective and multi-claimant proceedings brought by groups of employees against client companies.
Beyond disputes, we advise employers on employment contracts, internal regulations, HR policies and workforce decisions, helping clients address employment issues before they develop into claims.
Our litigation work covers termination, remuneration and benefits, grading and promotion, disciplinary matters, contractual and statutory entitlements, workforce restructuring and collective employee grievances. We are experienced in managing claims involving substantial groups of employees, where consistent case strategy, detailed employment records and the application of company employment regulations are central to the defence.
