AMA advises financial institutions, payment service providers and corporate clients on finance, banking-related and payment matters in Oman. Our work includes financing and settlement arrangements, payment services agreements, security and repayment obligations, and the contractual framework governing financial transactions.
Our disputes practice complements this work. We act in banking and financial services disputes involving lending arrangements, payment obligations, insurance-backed facilities, contractual liability and recovery.
We also advise regulated businesses on licensing and compliance requirements, including the application of Central Bank of Oman legislation, regulations, circulars and directives to their operations and contractual documentation.
