AMA acts for companies, financial institutions and other creditors in the recovery of outstanding debts and contractual sums in Oman. We handle matters from formal demand and settlement negotiations through court proceedings and enforcement.
Our litigation and execution teams work together from the outset, with recovery strategy considered alongside the underlying claim so that a favourable judgment can be effectively implemented.
Our work includes claims arising from unpaid invoices, financing and repayment obligations, commercial contracts and settlement arrangements. Where payment is not secured voluntarily, we pursue the available enforcement measures to recover amounts due, including attachment and other execution procedures against the debtor’s assets.
