Our Arbitration Practice
AMA represents companies, government entities and investors in commercial arbitration, with particular experience in construction, insurance, infrastructure and contractual disputes. Our arbitration practice is led by lawyers with more than 30 years’ experience.
Our experience on both sides of the arbitral process gives us a clear understanding of how a case should be presented, how evidence will be tested and, importantly, how the resulting award will stand when enforcement becomes necessary.
We handle matters from the initial assessment of the dispute and constitution of the tribunal through written submissions, evidence, hearings and award. Our work also extends to recognition, enforcement and challenges before the Omani courts.
