Hawraa Al Hadaabi

Hawraa Al Haddabi is a Senior Associate specialising in insurance disputes and commercial litigation.

She acts for major insurance companies in coverage and liability disputes arising under a range of insurance policies. Her work includes matters concerning policy interpretation, disclosure, causation, indemnity, quantum, and recovery, and she represents insurers throughout proceedings before the Omani courts.

Hawraa works closely with claims teams, experts, to assess the factual and technical issues underlying each claim. She prepares pleadings, defence memoranda, and appellate submissions, with particular experience in disputes involving property damage, motor claims, financial losses, and contractual liability.
