Ahmed Mahmood Al Balushi
FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNERAhmed Mahmood Al Balushi is the Founder and Managing Partner of Ahmed Mahmood Ahmed & Partner Law Firm (AMA).
He has over 17 years of legal experience in the Sultanate of Oman, representing government entities, public institutions, companies, and private clients in litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
Ahmed appears before all levels of the Omani courts, including the Supreme Court, and has acted in disputes relating to commercial transactions, insurance, employment, banking, shareholder matters, construction, and administrative law. His clients operate across a wide range of sectors, including oil and gas, energy, telecommunications, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, and financial services.
Alongside his court practice, Ahmed acts as an arbitrator and mediator in commercial disputes, assisting parties in resolving disputes through arbitration or negotiated settlement where appropriate.
Since establishing the Firm in 2012, Ahmed has continued to lead its development and its dispute resolution practice.
