Reem Al Taei

Reem Al-Taei is a Trainee Associate focusing on corporate advisory and commercial matters.

She assists with mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, corporate structuring, governance, and regulatory matters. Her work includes reviewing transaction documents, identifying legal and commercial issues, preparing due diligence reports, and supporting transactions through to completion.

Reem drafts and reviews service agreements, share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements, memoranda of understanding, settlement agreements, and other commercial documents. She also supports the preparation of legal opinions on corporate, commercial, employment, licensing, and regulatory matters under Omani law.

She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Commercial Law, building on her common law education and further developing her understanding of contractual obligations, risk allocation, and remedies. Working in both Arabic and English, she brings careful drafting and commercial awareness to the matters on which she assists.
