Ghusn Al Mamari

Ghusn is a Trainee Associate in AMA’s dispute resolution team, with a developing practice in insurance and commercial litigation.

He works primarily on insurance disputes, assisting with matters involving policy coverage, liability, causation, quantum, and the interpretation of insurance terms.

His role includes reviewing policies, claims records, expert reports, and supporting documents, as well as preparing legal research, pleadings, and defence memoranda.

Ghusn also assists on commercial and contractual disputes, supporting the team throughout the preparation and conduct of proceedings before the Omani courts
